Welcome to Bingo4D. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Member", "Player") and Bingo4D ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your use of the website accessible at https://bingo4d.cam and all associated services, products, and functionalities offered thereon.

Bingo4D is an internationally licensed online gaming platform offering casino games, sports betting, 4D lottery, and related digital entertainment services. The platform is operated by a company incorporated under the laws of its licensing jurisdiction and holds a valid gaming licence from an internationally recognised gambling authority.

By accessing, browsing, or registering an account on Bingo4D, you confirm that: (i) you are a natural person of at least 21 years of age; (ii) you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety; (iii) you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies incorporated herein by reference; and (iv) you are accessing the Platform voluntarily and in full awareness of the laws applicable to online gambling in your jurisdiction.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account if one has already been created.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

To register and maintain an Account on Bingo4D, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a hard requirement. Bingo4D enforces this limit through identity verification (KYC) and will immediately suspend any Account where a Member is found to be under 21.
• Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence. Persons under legal guardianship, declared bankrupt, or otherwise legally incapacitated from entering contracts are not eligible.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Multiple accounts, whether used concurrently or sequentially, constitute a material breach of these Terms.
• Personal Use Only: You may only register and use an Account for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not act as an agent, broker, or representative for any third party in your use of the Platform.
• Own Funds: All deposits made to your Bingo4D Wallet must be funded from sources that are lawfully yours. You must not use funds originating from unlawful activity or from third-party sources without explicit authorisation.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any active voluntary or involuntary self-exclusion order. Attempting to register while excluded is a breach of these Terms and may be referred to relevant authorities.

During the Account registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and contact number. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any other person or allow any third party to access your Account. Bingo4D will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you believe that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify Bingo4D's support team immediately via live chat at [email protected]. Bingo4D may temporarily suspend your Account while the matter is investigated and reserves the right to request additional identity verification before restoring access.

Bingo4D reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole and absolute discretion, without being required to provide reasons. Acceptance of a registration does not constitute a waiver of Bingo4D's right to subsequently close an Account if eligibility requirements are found not to have been met at the time of registration.

Bingo4D is required, as a condition of its international gaming licence, to implement and maintain a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal request can be processed and may be required at any other time at Bingo4D's discretion for compliance or fraud prevention purposes.

• Government-issued Photo ID: Malaysian Identity Card (MyKad), Driver's Licence, or valid International Passport. All four corners must be visible and all text clearly legible.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or government-issued letter dated within the past three (3) months, clearly showing your full name and residential address.
• Selfie Verification: A clear photograph of you holding your photo ID next to your face, taken at the time of submission.
• Payment Method Verification: Where requested, documentation confirming ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account name matching Account registration details).

KYC submissions are typically reviewed within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receipt. Bingo4D will notify you by email and Account notification of the outcome. In complex cases, additional documentation may be requested, which may extend the review period. Withdrawal requests remain on hold until verification is complete.

If a Member fails to complete KYC verification within thirty (30) days of first request, Bingo4D reserves the right to restrict Account functionality, suspend withdrawal access, or close the Account. Any Wallet Balance at the time of closure will be dealt with in accordance with applicable licensing conditions and anti-money laundering obligations.

Bingo4D currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels, subject to availability and any limits published on the Platform at the relevant time: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank (Maybank2u), CIMB (CIMB Clicks), Public Bank (PBe), Hong Leong Connect, and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin/BTC, Tether/USDT). The availability of specific payment methods may change without prior notice. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless you select a cryptocurrency channel, in which case applicable conversion rates apply.

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 per transaction. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and VIP tier. Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow/FPX are typically credited to your Wallet Balance within seconds to a few minutes. Bingo4D reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit that cannot be satisfactorily verified as originating from a payment method registered in your name.

The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions being satisfied at the time of request:

• KYC verification is fully approved.
• All applicable wagering requirements on active bonuses have been met in full.
• The requested amount does not exceed the daily or monthly withdrawal limit applicable to your VIP tier.
• The Account is in good standing with no active investigations, outstanding disputes, or security holds.
• Withdrawal is directed to a payment method registered in the same name as the Account.

Withdrawals to e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically processed within five (5) to thirty (30) minutes. Bank transfers via DuitNow and FPX to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, or Hong Leong accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes to a few hours, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedule. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are subject to network congestion and typically complete within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes.

Bingo4D offers various promotional incentives to registered Members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback programmes, free spin allocations, VIP tier rewards, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to individual terms published at the time of the promotion and to the general provisions set out in this Section 7.

All Bonuses awarded to a Member's Account are subject to a wagering requirement ("rollover") before any Bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 15x) applied to the Bonus amount, meaning the total value of wagers placed must equal or exceed that multiple before withdrawal is unlocked. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the default wagering requirement is fifteen times (15x) the Bonus amount.

While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum bet or stake per round, spin, or event is RM250 unless the specific promotion specifies a different limit. Placing bets exceeding this limit while a Bonus is active may, at Bingo4D's sole discretion, result in the forfeiture of the Bonus and any winnings derived from it.

Different game categories contribute different percentages of each wager toward the satisfaction of a wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms: slot games contribute one hundred percent (100%); live casino table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) contribute ten percent (10%); other table games and video poker contribute ten percent (10%); and sports betting wagers contribute at rates specified in the relevant promotion. Certain games may be excluded from wagering requirement contribution entirely.

Unless otherwise stated, all Bonuses expire fourteen (14) days from the date of credit. Any un-wagered Bonus balance, and any winnings derived from it, will be forfeited automatically upon expiry without further notice.

Only one Bonus may be active on an Account at any given time. Members may not stack multiple Bonuses simultaneously unless a specific promotion explicitly permits this. Attempts to claim the same Bonus multiple times — whether through multiple accounts or otherwise — will be treated as fraudulent conduct.

All games available on the Bingo4D Platform are governed by the individual rules of each game as displayed within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in relation to gameplay matters.

All outcomes in Bingo4D's casino game offerings are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently tested and certified by third-party testing laboratories for fairness and statistical integrity. The use of RNG ensures that no party — including Bingo4D — can predict or influence the outcome of any individual game round.

In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any game, the result recorded in Bingo4D's server logs shall be the authoritative record. If a technical malfunction occurs during a game round, the round will be declared void and any stakes placed will be returned to the Member's Wallet Balance. Bingo4D's decision on disputed game outcomes is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure available through our support team.

Sports betting markets, including those covering Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, La Liga, UEFA competitions, UFC, badminton, and other events, are governed by Bingo4D's sports betting rules published on the Platform. All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Bingo4D reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are later cancelled, postponed for more than twenty-four (24) hours without a rescheduled date, or where material errors in pricing are identified.

The following activities constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Wallet Balance, and referral to law enforcement or relevant regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using the same or different personal details, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration, KYC, or any other verification process.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in sports betting markets to generate artificial profits.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or other software to access or interact with the Platform in any manner not explicitly authorised by Bingo4D.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or poker formats in a manner intended to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using another person's Account or allowing another person to use your Account for any purpose.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, degrades, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure or the experience of other Members.

Bingo4D reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: (i) a breach of these Terms is suspected or confirmed; (ii) KYC verification is outstanding or has returned unsatisfactory results; (iii) unusual or suspicious account activity is detected; (iv) the Account is subject to a legal hold, court order, or law enforcement request; or (v) Bingo4D determines, for any lawful reason, that continuing to maintain the Account is not appropriate.

In cases where an Account is closed without cause attributable to the Member's breach, any verified Wallet Balance (excluding Bonus funds and any winnings generated from Bonus funds where wagering requirements were not completed) will be returned to the Member via their most recently used payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Where an Account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms — including but not limited to fraud, collusion, or multi-accounting — Bingo4D reserves the right to retain the entire Wallet Balance as a forfeiture penalty, subject to any applicable legal requirements.

All content on the Bingo4D Platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and databases — is the proprietary property of Bingo4D or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence in respect of any Bingo4D intellectual property beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access the Platform for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any part of the Platform's content without Bingo4D's prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bingo4D shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of data, loss of revenue, business interruption, or reputational damage — even if Bingo4D has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Bingo4D does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, that it will be free from technical errors or security vulnerabilities, or that any specific game outcome will conform to your expectations. The Platform and its services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Bingo4D is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices across its entire player base. Gambling on Bingo4D is intended to be a form of entertainment. If gambling is no longer entertaining, or is causing financial, emotional, or social harm, we encourage you to use the tools and resources available to you immediately.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your Account settings at any time. Decreases take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you of time spent on the Platform during a session.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from gambling for a period of your choosing (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) without formally closing your Account.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months. Self-exclusion is irrevocable during the selected period and will be processed within 24 hours of a verified request.

By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

In summary, Bingo4D collects personal data only to the extent necessary for: Account management and authentication; payment processing and fraud prevention; KYC verification and regulatory compliance; customer support; and the provision of a personalised gaming experience. Bingo4D does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored with industry-standard encryption.

Bingo4D reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify active Members via email and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where an immediate change is required by law or licensing authority directive.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bingo4D holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support escalation process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts or alternative dispute resolution bodies of that licensing jurisdiction.

Bingo4D encourages Members to contact the support team in the first instance to resolve any dispute. The majority of issues are resolved at this stage without the need for formal proceedings. Our formal complaints procedure is available upon request and all complaints are acknowledged within forty-eight (48) hours.
